Andorra offers two new mountain restaurants in Grandvalira including El Mercat del Pi de Migdia and Steak House Gall de Bosc. El Mercat del Pi de Migdia is located in El Tarter and offers a range of typical Mediterranean dishes including paella, sautéed vegetables, dried fruits and a variety of typical cheeses.

Steak House Gall de Bosc in Soldeu is located 2,250m above sea level and as the name suggests offers local meats and heart-warming stews local to the region.

"With more than 350 restaurants, guests can choose from traditional Andorran food such as Andorran River Trout or Trinxat (a dish made of potatoes, green cabbage, garlic and bacon), or from a selection of more contemporary and international dishes."

Hotels and guest houses in the whole Principality of Andorra offer more than 34,000 beds. In the last few years, hoteliers have invested heavily in their properties and have dramatically increased the hotel offering in the destination. As a result, guests can expect value for money options along with a range of new facilities.
